Our watches and clocks are shipped in the US via UPS. Click here to place international orders for Bulova watches and clocks Estimated delivery times vary with your state address. The map below gives you the estimated arrival from the date of shipment for normal ground service. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air at a flat rate of $19.00 for all orders. For the protection of our customers in the US, orders will normally only be shipped to the primary billing address of the credit card holder and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, we do however ship to APOs and FPOs. If you wish to place an order for delivery to an address other than the primary credit card billing address, you may need to notify the credit card issuing bank of this alternative address before placing your order.
Simply call your credit card company at the toll free number on the back of your card and they will create an alternate shipping address. All shipments over $750 must be signed for in person by the addressee.
Please note: customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute an order after it has been processed and delivered to our shippers. You must ensure that the delivery address is an acceptable and workable arrangement for you, especially on orders over $750.
Shipping Charges
We offer free ground shipping for all Bulova, Wittnauer, Accutron and Caravelle watches over $160.00 (before tax, shipping and handling) with guaranteed five day delivery in the lower 48 states. Watch orders for less than $160.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $10.95 for ground shipping and handling. For orders requested via UPS 2nd Day Air, we charge a flat rate of $19.00 to all destinations in the lower 48 states of America.
All items are fully insured with the shipping company. If you do not receive your goods, or if the items are damaged in transit, please contact us at customerservice@allamericanwatches.com and we will file a claim. You must keep the original packaging materials as the shipping company may request examination.
