Holiday Season Shipping and Extended Return Dates

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Bulova or Wittnauer product you may return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date. We do not charge restocking fees (see special note on close out items and special order items) within the return period, you only pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fee for returned items of 5% of the total retail price. Please note that if an item has been shipped to you free of charge or flat rate, we will charge you our standard shipping fee or actual shipping fee for flat rate together with the credit card merchant fees of 5% of the total transaction price.

You may exchange an item bought from us, up to 30 days after the invoice date, for an item of equal or greater value. You will need to email us at the address below to get an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number. (Please note that you cannot return an item that has been engraved or otherwise customized by us at your request) All Bulova Grandfather Clocks are made to your order and take six to eight weeks to complete. We cannot accept returns on grandfather clocks.

All of our items are shipped fully insured. Should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged upon arrival, you should refuse to accept it, then contact us via email at customerservice@allamericanwatches.com to request a replacement.

All returned items require our Return Merchandise Authorization number. Get your Return Authorization at customerservice@allamericanwatches.com. Clearly write this number on your original invoice and the return shipping label. Please note that returns must be shipped within seven business days of the issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization number.
The package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.

Returned and exchanged items must be new and unused, and for watches, in unworn condition, having not been sized or altered in any way (unless they were sized by us before shipment). In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.
