If you are not entirely satisfied with our product you may return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date. We do not charge a restocking fee the first time, other than for commercial orders of five products or more, within the return period, you only pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fee for returned items of 5.2% of the total retail price. Please note that if a flat fee was charged for shipping and handling we will charge you our actual shipping and handling costs together with the credit card merchant fees of 5.2% of the total transaction price. Also note that you cannot return an item that has been embroidered or otherwise customized by us at your request nor do we accept returns on replacement or spare parts unless incorrectly supplied by us.
All returned items require our Return Merchandise Authorization number. Get your Return Authorization at email@example.com. Clearly write this number on your original invoice and the return shipping label. Please note that returns must be shipped within seven business days of the issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization number. The package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.
Returned items must be new and unused and accompanied by their original packaging, tags, documentation, and instruction manuals.
