If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email. You will be able to cancel the order, make an alternative selection, or wait until your first choice becomes available. Please note: from time to time we offer select, limited edition Bulova items only available for a short time. Once these items are out of stock they will not be back ordered.

Our watches and clocks are shipped in the US via UPS. Click here to place international orders for Bulova watches and clocks Estimated delivery times vary with your state address. The map below gives you the estimated arrival from the date of shipment for normal ground service. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air at a flat rate of $19.00 for all orders and UPS One Day Air, at a flat rate of $59.95.

For the protection of our customers in the US, orders will normally only be shipped to the primary billing address of the credit card holder and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes although we do ship to APOs and FPOs. If you wish to place an order for delivery to an address other than the primary credit card billing address, you may need to notify the credit card issuing bank of this alternative address before placing your order.

Simply call your credit card company at the toll free number on the back of your card and they will create an alternate shipping address. All shipments over $750 must be signed for in person by the addressee.

Please note: customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute an order after it has been processed and delivered to our shippers. You must ensure that the delivery address is an acceptable and workable arrangement for you, especially on orders over $750.

Shipping Charges

We offer free ground shipping for all Bulova, Wittnauer, Accutron and Caravelle watches over $160.00 (before tax, shipping and handling) with guaranteed five day delivery in the lower 48 states. Watch orders for less than $160.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $10.95 for ground shipping and handling. For orders requested via UPS 2nd Day Air, we charge a flat rate of $19.00 to all destinations in the lower 48 states of America. For orders requested via UPS One Day Air, we charge a flat rate of $59.95 to all destinations in the lower 48 states of America. Note that One Day Air does not mean 'overnight' although we always endeavor to ship the same day for orders placed before 9:00 am EST and the next day for all other orders outside the holiday season. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, for Saturday delivery a further $14.95 is charged.

All items are fully insured with the shipping company. If you do not receive your goods, or if the items are damaged in transit, please contact us at customerservice@allamericanwatches.com and we will file a claim. You must keep the original packaging materials as the shipping company may request examination.

Order Processing

Once your credit is approved, usually in ï¿½real timeï¿½ while placing your order, the item will be shipped within two business days. We do not bill your credit card until the order is shipped.

Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Bulova product you may return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date. We do not charge restocking fees, you only pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fee for returned items of 5% of the total retail price. Please note that if an item has been shipped to you free of charge, we will make a deduction for this shipping charge together with the credit card merchant fees of 5% of the total transaction price.

All of our items are shipped fully insured. Should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged upon arrival, you should refuse to accept it, then contact us via email at customerservice@allamericanwatches.comto request a replacement.

All returned items require our Return Merchandise Authorization number. Get your Return Authorization at customerservice@allamericanwatches.com. Clearly write this number on your original invoice and the return shipping label. The package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.

Returned items must be new and unused, and for watches, in unworn condition, having not been sized or altered in any way. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.

Warranties

Bulova timepieces carry a two year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the timepiece that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The incidence of defects in new Bulova and Wittnauer timepieces is extremely low. Please note that damage caused by neglect or misuse, including water damage (please see Water Resistance under Watch and Clock Terms) is not covered under the Bulova warranty. All Bulova Accutron watches carry an additional 5 year warranty covering the movement and the crown, available to the original purchaser only.

Tax

All American Watches is located in Connecticut. All orders from residents of the State of Connecticut are subject to a Connecticut State Sales Tax of 6%. For purchases made by residents of all other states AllAmericanWatches.com is not required to charge sales tax.
